SERVICES
Dental implants, the gold standard for replacing missing teeth, often involve additional oral surgery procedures like bone grafting, sinus augmentation, extractions, and alveolar ridge preparation, all of which help establish a stable foundation for implants and ensure long-term function and aesthetics.

Dental Implants
Dental implants provide a permanent solution for missing teeth by replacing them with titanium posts that integrate with the jawbone, supporting crowns, bridges, or dentures for a natural look and function. After the consultation, we perform implant planning using 3D imaging through CBCT, allowing for precise planning. In necessary cases, we utilize a surgical guide to ensure the accuracy and success of the implant placement.

Wisdom Tooth Removal
Impacted or problematic wisdom teeth are safely extracted to prevent pain, infections, and misalignment, ensuring optimal oral health and comfort.

Full-Mouth Extractions
Comprehensive tooth removal procedures are performed when necessary, often as a step toward full-arch restorations or implant-supported dentures.

Bone Grafting
Bone grafting procedures restore lost bone structure, creating a stable foundation for dental implants and improving long-term success rates.

All-on-4 ®
If you have severely damaged teeth or are missing most or all of the teeth in one arch, the All-on-4® Treatment Conceptcould be a suitable solution for full-arch restoration. Even if you've previously been told that you're not a candidate for traditional options—such as multiple individual implants or fixed bridges—you may still qualify for the All-on-4®approach.

Sinus Lifting
A sinus lifting procedure increases bone volume in the upper jaw, allowing for the successful placement of implants in areas with insufficient bone.

3D CT Scanning
At Implant&Surgery House, we use advanced 3D CT (CBCT) imaging to help ensure each patient receives the highest quality care and optimal recovery. If you haven’t already had a 3D scan, one may be performed during your first visit with Dr. Genc. Our goal is to provide the most precise and comfortable treatment possible. If you have any questions about the 3D scan, our team in Towson, MD is happy to assist. We're here to help you feel confident in knowing that the 3D cone beam scan is a safe and effective tool used to guide your personalized treatment plan.

Sedation
While sedation is not mandatory for procedures, patient comfort during treatment is one of our top priorities. Local anesthesia is always administered before any surgery. For some patients, local anesthesia alone is sufficient, while others may require additional sedation. We offer nitrous oxide sedation option, also known as "laughing gas."

Biopsy
If there is an unusual sore, lump, lesion, or persistent swelling, a biopsy allows us to carefully remove a small sample of tissue for laboratory analysis. This helps us determine whether the area is benign (non-cancerous), inflammatory, or something that requires further attention.
At our practice, biopsies are performed with precision and care, typically using local anesthesia to ensure your comfort. Depending on the findings, we will discuss next steps, which may include monitoring, treatment, or referral if needed.
